Our Policies

GLOW has a strict cancelation and no refund policy. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our policies.

CANCELATIONS: As a courtesy, please cancel your appointment AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the beginning of your appointment time. Cancelations less than 24 hours and no-shows will be charged a $40 fee. Please be aware there are NO EXCEPTIONS, including emergencies, illness, scheduling conflicts, traffic, weather, etc. Package members will forfeit a session in their package. Please understand the fee partially covers the cost of your time slot in which another client could have booked. We ask that you do not ask for a fee waiver as your request will be denied. 

REFUNDS: Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address and remedy any concerns or issues. GLOW does not offer monetary refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

DISCOUNT PACKAGES: Packages are non-transferable and non-shareable. The 3 pack expires in 3 months and the 5 pack expires 6 months from date of purchase. There are no time extensions on packages- requests for extensions will be denied.
